Our latches are an effective way to keep your bin from becoming an easy target for the local wildlife and our wind here. We started with our latches in the summer of 2025 and since then we have had bears come and harass our bins, but they have given up every time and that's what we wanted, as we know the latches don't make our bins "Bear Proof" Just a little more resistant.
